This film is memorable as Tex Ritter's debut outing in a long and memorable series of western oaters. Tex is brought in to investigate the murder of a number of miners, and the theft of their mines. Tex infiltrates the murderous gang, and the leader, Evans, kills two more miners. When a third is killed, Tex is blamed for the three murders and put on trial.
